“Vacationer” Financial Policy
Vacationer Patient Billing
Vacationers and golfers from around the world regularly enjoy our sandy beaches and award-winning golf courses. Most are in Myrtle Beach for pre-scheduled, short stays and while their trip may be well planned, a visit to the dentist while vacationing or golfing rarely is.
Don’t worry, we see vacationer dental emergencies from across the Grand Strand every day. You can count on us to treat your dental concerns and get you back in the sun, or on the green, as quickly as possible. Once back home, your dentist can follow-up with any necessary treatment or care.
For your convenience we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit. Because we deliver the very best dental care at the most reasonable cost to our vacationing patients, payment is due at the time services are rendered.
We understand unexpected dental needs can arise while away from home and how these can put a real strain on your vacation fun and your finances. CareCredit is an excellent financing option that pays for your dental care without taking away from your vacation funds. To find out more about CareCredit, visit CareCredit.com. Applying is easy, takes only a few short minutes, and you can use CareCredit immediately in our office to cover all needed dental treatment.
We can not make arrangements for any monthly payment plan other than that provided by CareCredit.

“Snowbird” Financial Policy
Snowbird Patient Billing
Many members of our Grand Strand family are “part-time” locals who enjoy our enviable weather two or three months during the winter season, and are affectionately known as “Snowbirds”. Other part-time locals make the most of their second homes here in Myrtle Beach and spend as much time on our sunny shores as possible. For our part-time locals, we routinely share ongoing care with your dentist “back home,” coordinating your treatment care with your regular dentist while enjoying your Myrtle Beach home away from home.
For your convenience we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit. Because we deliver the very best dental care at the most reasonable cost to our Snowbird patients, payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
To find out more about CareCredit, visit CareCredit.com. Applying is easy, takes only a few short minutes, and you can use CareCredit immediately in our office to cover all needed dental treatment.
We cannot make arrangements for any monthly payment plan other than that provided by CareCredit.
Snowbird Insurance Information
Depending on your situation, we will either accept assignment of your insurance coverage, or provide you with a completed form containing all the dental and office information you need to file your insurance for reimbursement. We do not accept assignment of insurance unless you are at least a part-time local resident. If you live on the gorgeous Grand Strand part-time, we’re happy to coordinate your care and insurance coverage with your current dentist. For further details, please call our Office Manager at Myrtle Beach Office Phone Number 843-448-5757.
If you have dental insurance, you will want to compete our quick and easy online preregistration form prior to your visit. Doing this will save time at your initial visit, allowing our team to verify the specifics of your particular insurance plan. In the event you are not able to pre-register, please bring your insurance information with you so we can expedite your reimbursement. Also, plan on arriving about 45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, as insurance companies can be slow to respond and we don’t want this to cause unnecessary delays in your treatment.
About Out-of-State Insurance
- Many insurance plans don’t pay out-of-state dentists directly, but will reimburse you quickly for claims filed for dental services. We will know about this as soon as we verify your coverage. If your insurance plan has this clause, we’ll handle all the paperwork for you, but you will need to pay our office at the time of service and have your insurance company reimburse you.
- Some insurance plans have a different payment amount if you receive dental services outside of your home state. Again, we will verify your coverage and let you know the details about your plan.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
